Our remote wooden blinds are made for multiple or hard to reach windows. The remote will tilt the blind in any position you see fit. Most come with long lasting, lithium batteries.

We offer two types of this popular motorized wooden blind. The first is the infrared. It is a single channel, point and click control. It works up to 40 feet away. Simply point the remote at the blind and it will begin to tilt. Hit the button again and it stops where you want it to. You can work multiple blinds with this control.

The second type of remote is the radio remote controlled wood blind. This is more expensive but also more functional especially with rooms with lots of windows. A simple click will operate them all at once without having to aim the remote at the blind. You can also choose multi-channels to work groups of blinds. This is also a tilt only.

Both types of remote wood blinds come with lithium batteries unless you choose the plug in. The batteries are standard AA lithiums you can find at any store and last four times longer than regular batteries.

The wood slats of the blind are very light verses a faux wood blind and that will give less stress to the motor over time. The slats have four layers of paint for the paints and a furniture quality stain for the non painted. They are a North American basswood.
