This is a tilt-only operation system designed for areas that are hard to reach but you need light and energy control. The standard headrail system is unobtrusive and has a nice valance. Lithium batteries are included.

The remote faux wood blinds have a tilt only option. They will not go up and down. In most cases, they are for hard to reach windows where the tilt only is all that is needed. If you choose the battery operated (which comes standard), they are lithium AA's. Not only do they last up to four times longer than regular batteries but are easy to find and replace. The battery pack can be hidden in the headrail or behind the blind where you do not see it.

The infared is a point and click single channel remote control. That means you can operate one or multiple blinds at the same time. You simply point the remote at the shade and it starts to tilt. Hit the control again and it stops where you want it to.

Although more expensive, the radio remote will allow you to control multiple windows individually without having to point the control at the shade. These are useful for multiple windows where you want all of them to go at the same time.

The blinds have lifetime warranty against discoloration and warpage. The motors have a sull five year warranty.
