Options Available for Comfortex Pleated Shades

		Inside Mount The blind is mounted inside the window frame; offers a tailored look, emphasizing the actual size of the window.  Any deductions will be made by the manufacturer.  Window casing should at least meet the minimum depth required to accommodate the brackets, or the flush mount depth to have the headrail fully recessed in the casing.  When selecting your size, enter the actual dimensions of your window casing.
		Outside Mount The blind is mounted on the wall or molding outside the window frame to cover an area larger than the window itself.  Outside mounted blinds are required if the window casing is not deep enough to accommodate the mounting brackets for an inside mount.  When selecting your size, enter the desired size of the blind itself - at least 1 1/2" of overlap on each side is recommended.
		Standard Cordlock You pull a string to lift the blind up and down. Pull outwards to lock and inwards to release.
		Standard Cordlock Top Down/Bottom Up You have two strings. One to lift it up and down like a normal shades and one on the other side to drop the shade down from the top. Our most popular upgrade.
		Continuous Cord Loop A thick cord lifts the blind up and down. The headrails are thicker and more sturdy. The string never gets longer. You just pull the loop. These are made for very large windows and are required for some sizes. The pleated shade works the exact same way.
		Standard Cordless The shade operates with a handle or handles located at the bottom. Simply lift them up or down to raise or lower the shade. The pleated shade works the exact same way.
		Cordless- Top Down/Bottom Up You have two handles. One at the bottom to lift it up and down like normal and one at the top that allows you to drop the shade while still maintaining privacy. The pleated shade operates the exact same way.
		2 on 1 Headrail These are two working blinds on one common headrail. They are designed for large windows. You can get the standard cordlock controls or the continuous cord loop. Other options are not available. Call for pricing.

Detailed Description for Comfortex Pleated Shades

Similar in appearance to a cellular shade, Comfortex pleated shades are anything but plain or traditional. The Privada line is exceptional because it contains no holes for the ultimate level of privacy. With this unique design, the pull cords are placed at the back of the shade, which prevents the invasion of light and ensures that fabric pleat lines remain crisp.

Several options are available such as the cordless version, continuous cord loop, a specially designed headrail, advanced cord lock and a top down/bottom up upgrade. This versatile unit can also be mounted inside or outside of a window frame. When mounted inside, it adds an element of modern sophistication. When mounted outside, it covers an unattractive frame and makes the window appear larger.
