Starting in September, Hunter Douglas will be providing the LiteRise™ Trimkit. This will be very similar to the Comfortex Sidetrac™ which blocks the sides of the cellular shade. Not only is this good for energy efficiency, it is just perfect for media rooms. No light seepage! It will be available with the 3/4″ Applause™ and Duette™ product lines. The rails will be in white only. The advantage of this verses the Comfortex™ is that it is cordless. This will only be available with the LiteRise™ cordless system but that is an advantage in my opinion. I bet if this is a success, motorization will one day become available. Now THAT will be the ultimate for those pesky media rooms where the builder put windows in (hint, hint).

SSB: Why did you choose the Rio woven wood?

Mrs. Fischer: Well, I wanted to add some style in the living room of my house. I just bought some new furniture and wanted to compliment it.

SSB: What material fit best?

Mrs. Fischer: After looking at various magazines, the Nova Pointe resemble the patterns that were displayed in one of the articles. i was looking for something with style but also with functionality.

SSB: How do they look once they are up?

Mrs. Fischer: Just as I expected, fantastic. The operable liner was an excellent idea on your part. I never thought of that but it is kind of like two blinds in one. I can control the light and privacy with just a lift of the string.

SSB: Would you choose this product again?

Mrs. Fischer: Absolutely, in a matter of fact, my neighbors love them so much they are going to order the exact same blind.
