Sigh, I hate to beat an old problem to death but we are STILL encountering this. We have no problems placing an order for you over the phone. Some people feel it is easier and more comfortable to do it this way. I tend to agree. However, we can typo in something wrong or put in the wrong colors etc. There is a very simple solution to this. Look over the order once you receive the confirmation to see if it is correct:). We have it posted online as well. There are several opportunities to look at the order after placing it and simply typing your email at: Order Status or looking at the email confirmation when we send it is all it takes to prevent any misunderstandings. We are not responsible for this. These are custom made products and just a simple phone call within 48 hours after the order is placed is all it takes to prevent this from happening. Sorry to rant but it happened again today.  Headaches and angry customers are not what we are about but unfortunately something as obvious as a quick look at the order to make sure it is correct now requires us to post a disclaimer.

We are having trouble getting motor parts from Prestige (Somfy motors). We have been told around 7 estimated arrival dates and they still are not here. We are sorry about this and thank you for your patience.

A bunch of the backorders DID arrive last week. Going out this week are: Montage roller shades, Newports (yeah), and some of the sunscreens. Still on backorder include: Pacific Heights Woven Woods, Newport pleated shades, Lino rollers and Rainforest collections.

We have been trying to contact you when these stockouts occure but frankly, it’s getting hard. Please check back here as we post as we receive them.

The EasyRise™ continuous cord loop and clutch systems easily raise and lower large windows. This works on a pulley system which rotates a clutch to raise and lower the shade. The cord never gets longer.
