Sigh, I hate to beat an old problem to death but we are STILL encountering this. We have no problems placing an order for you over the phone. Some people feel it is easier and more comfortable to do it this way. I tend to agree. However, we can typo in something wrong or put in the wrong colors etc. There is a very simple solution to this. Look over the order once you receive the confirmation to see if it is correct:). We have it posted online as well. There are several opportunities to look at the order after placing it and simply typing your email at: Order Status or looking at the email confirmation when we send it is all it takes to prevent any misunderstandings. We are not responsible for this. These are custom made products and just a simple phone call within 48 hours after the order is placed is all it takes to prevent this from happening. Sorry to rant but it happened again today. Headaches and angry customers are not what we are about but unfortunately something as obvious as a quick look at the order to make sure it is correct now requires us to post a disclaimer.
