blind companies make ordering shutters way too difficult for a do-it-yourself
type person. Although shutters are more difficult to order and install
verses regular blinds, we have taken the guesswork out of it. If you can
do simple home repairs and handy work, you can definitely do Norman Wood
Shutters. You can literally save $100's or $1000's by measuring, ordering, and
installing. Remember, we have experienced installers who can walk you
through the process by phone or email if you need help.
To make the ordering and installation of plantation
shutters process as simple
as possible, Shades Shutters Blinds takes out many of the
different options that we provide and offer 1 or 2 options to make it easy for
you. If you are familiar with the Norman Normandy products, we do offer everything
that Norman provides and they are included at these prices. You will be
responsible for knowing the product and the different options you want. Sizes not listed can be ordered by phone.
Call for quote. Please Note: We had to do sampling by painting wood or
staining it. Colors are very accurate but stains and paints can change
from lot to lot. Also, these shutters take around 6 weeks for delivery.
The R-Value is how much energy efficiency your blinds has for
blocking out the heat and cold. For this product (when closed) the R- Value is
Good.
