Louis – I wanted to thank you again for your help on Saturday and hope that the blizzard didn’t meet it’s expectations, hindering your travel home. We were able to get the sliding panels up. We put the swivel brackets on backwards; i.e. with the latch on the front of the header. Worked just fine and look EXCELLENT! However, the screws that they sent us to install the swivel brackets were not the right ones. With those screws (they had some sort of Phillips/bolt type head), none of the brackets even fit in the header before anything was installed. Problem solved when I ran to the hardware store and got some flat-head wood screws. Love all of the blinds. When our temperature dropped Saturday night, we could definitely feel a difference for the better. Great products and great customer service.

Recently we decided to change our kitchen color scheme to red and white. We added red ceramic tile and needed a red blind over the sink. I searched all over the internet for red blinds and when your name came up, I gave it a try, and, VIOLA!, you had China Red in the Prestige Economy Mini blind. Louis: WOWZA! Fabulous service! All three blinds were delivered by UPS today. Packages intact, contents not harmed. We are enclosing the spare bedroom fotos of “Shadow Sky”. They look beautiful and Chet had no difficulty hanging them. The room is only 9X9 so it was difficult to take a foto of the entire window. That’s ‘why’ it’s called a “spare room.” Chet says “... if you keep them too comfortable they’ll want to stay longer!!!” My concern is that compared to our other two vertical blinds (one on patio door and one at kitchen window), each from two different companies, The “Shadow Sky” seems to ‘tilt’ hard. The chain is noted to jerk upon opening the tilt and especially when closing the tilt. Is this normal? Too much excitement for one day; Chester will hang the two blinds in OUR bedroom tomorrow. That room is big enough where we will be able to take full views and individual fotos of each window. We do believe we’ve made the right choice w/ “Shadesshuttersblinds” and we thank you for your swift and wonderful attention! Respectfully,

Hello Louis, I just wanted to let you know that we have the shades installed and they are fabulous! The patio door set fits in lilke a glove with the two headrails fitting in with no gaps anywhere and there is just a 1/4" gap between the shades which is centered over the mullion. I had received the replacement remote control cellular shade about 4 weeks ago and finally just put up, replacing the one that was originally installed. What a difference! The new one goes up and down without hesitation, much much better than original one. I have boxed up the originally one using the box that the replacement came in. FOOLED YOU! This is not a complaint about you guys, because you are wonderful. This is my third order and I am more than pleased with your website and product and service. I am not pleased with FedEx since they delivered my blinds next door and not to my address. The package was left at 310 FM 2199 S Marshall, TX (propped up on a chain link fence outside) and my address is 328 FM 2199 S. Also the package had numerous gouges and tears. I am about to go open the package to examine the blinds for shipping damage and will get back to you if I discover any damage due to bad shipping. I spent about 30 minutes reviewing the huge FedEx website in search of a way to complain and found nothing. Thought businesses improved with constructive criticism. Below is a few pictures of what we did to be able to close the arch shade. If the knob was hour glass shape, you wouldn't need the washer or disk. The rod is a dowel with a screw eye and works great. I was initially very hesitant to place an order online for a custom set of Hunter Douglas natural wood blinds through the Internet.
