FOOLED YOU! This is not a complaint about you guys, because you are wonderful. This is my third order and I am more than pleased with your website and product and service. I am not pleased with FedEx since they delivered my blinds next door and not to my address. The package was left at 310 FM 2199 S
Marshall, TX (propped up on a chain link fence outside) and my address is 328 FM 2199 S. Also the package had numerous gouges and tears. I am about to go open the package to examine the blinds for shipping damage and will get back to you if I discover any damage due to bad shipping.
I spent about 30 minutes reviewing the huge FedEx website in search of a way to complain and found nothing. Thought businesses improved with constructive criticism. Guess they aren't interested in service.

I got the new shade today. We put it up and it looks great. I'm really impressed with the service. Thank you so-o-o-o much. If they want the old one back will they send a pick up? Below is a few pictures of what we did to be able to close the arch shade. If the knob was hour glass shape, you wouldn't need the washer or disk. The rod is a dowel with a screw eye and works great.

reference because of my recent experience with ShadesShuttersBlinds.com. I was initially very
hesitant to place an order online for a custom set of Hunter Douglas natural
wood blinds through the Internet. Stories are rampant with many cases of
poor customer service involving presale, during the sale, and post sales
support when working with Internet companies.
As a company to do business with, ShadesShuttersBlinds.com. is one of the
best Internet experiences that I have ever dealt with involving a fairly
customized product. .
When my order initially arrived, everything came packaged securely and well
protected. Although two of my motorized tilt blinds were faulty, Louis at
ShadesShuttersBlinds.com promptly issued a return authorization form for the
blinds with almost lightning speed. I dont normally even receive that kind
of response in person! I received my fixed blinds within a week. Now I figured that after
almost four months after my initial purchase, that a relatively small
service request would not meet with the same level of attention and

order that same day to get a new piece sent to me within the week.
