Cellular or Honeycomb Shades- Cellular Shades are made of a solid fabric that stacks
like an accordion. If you turn the shades sideways, it looks like a bees hive. The air pocket makes
the blinds very energy efficient. We also carry the full selection of Hunter Douglas Applause and Duette.
This is our third most popular window coverings. There are hundreds
of colors to choose from.
Faux Woods- The faux wood blinds come in the traditional 2" slat or the 2 1/2" wider
slat for added view. We offers two types of faux woods. PVC is
made of 100% vinyl. PVC faux woods are heavier than most other
products but typically more affordable. The Composite faux woods is the second type. It is made of a wood and vinyl mix.
They are typically more expensive but lighter and more durable.
Both are great for your home improvement projects.
Verticals-
This is the
forth most popular seller mainly because of sliding glass doors.
Verticals are still the most affordable option for a sliding glass door. You can choose from the fabric vanes that allow light in to brighten the room but still provide privacy or the PVC vanes that allow no light in or is room darkening.
Verticals can draw from the right or the left or split in the middle.
Our new faux wood verticals match the popular faux wood blinds
and the real wood vertical blinds are super thick as not to warp.
Bamboo
Blinds- Our woven woods are still a very
popular selection. You can choose a backing or just have it
look natural. We offer almost 350 styles and colors. As the
patterns get more complicated, so does the price. Start off
at
Bamboo Blinds and work your way down the collections.
Some of these are quite porous so be sure to order samples
first to see if you want a backing. We just added the a new
option called the independent liner which is basically one
shade (your woven wood) with a movable pleated shade
attached to the back. It gives you the best of both options.
Roman Shades-
Romans are becoming more and more popular each year. The price has dropped dramatically
for this window treatment and there are now hundreds of colors and styles to choose from. Our new Toscana
roman shades collection actually has true 100% linen and 100% silk fabrics! Roman
shades have come a long way since mom used to sew them! You can go for the standard traditional look or the new popular hobbled style for your home. Top down, bottom up feature is available for both styles.
Shutters- Plantation shutters are still the classic Southern look. Several changes have been made over the last view years for
window shutters. You can get the traditional true wood shutter, faux wood or
vinyl shutters called PVC shutters, or the new composite shutters which is a wood and PVC mixture. Although prices have come down
on window shutters, this still is one of our most expensive and popular seller. Louver sizes come in 2 1/2", 3 1/2" (traditional) or the super wide 4 1/2". Shutters take the longest to ship. Shutters ship in around 3-6 weeks so be patient. The look is worth
the wait.
Minis- Our mini blinds are made of 100% aluminum. We carry
around 200 different colors by our house brand and the Hunter
Douglas Decor and Litelines series. We offer the six gauge mini
blind slat and the more durable eight gauge slat. Motorization is available. These
window treatments are our most popular seller. Mini blinds typically
ship in around five working days. Another popular seller in this
category is the traditional venetian blinds which are made of 2"
slats.
