Chalet™ 2 1/2" Wood Blinds by Hunter Douglas™

Hunter Douglas™ value wood blind. The Chalet™ is for the budget minded customer with great pricing. Made of 100% North American Basswood. The Chalet™ still has the same Hunter Douglas™ limited lifetime warranty as the Country Woods™. This 2 1/2" flat slat give a perfect view. Please note: Although this product gives a larger view than the 2", there is more of a light gap between slats when they are closed and more light can slip in. This is more noticeable on longer blinds. This is normal for this product and is not covered under warranty. To minimize this effect, blinds need to be closed in the down position into the room. Options include: De-Light™ (no holes). They can be found on the next page on "select options and order" from the Quick Quote. The R-Value is how much energy efficiency your blinds has for blocking out the heat and cold. For this product (when closed) the R- Value is Good. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view options.
