Arches by Shades Shutters Blinds

Warning:  Perfect arches are where the height equals half the width.  For example, if your width is 36" wide, than the height should be 18".  That is an example of a perfect arch.  Non- perfect arches need a template.  If you order an imperfect arch without a template, we will make the arch half the height of the width and you are responsible if it does not fit.  Making a template is the safe way to handle non perfect arches.  It takes more time and there is a template fee but we take responsibility if the blind does not fit. cellular arches by Hunter Douglas™

Shades Shutters Blinds now offers several  options for those arched windows.  Most of the options are for perfect arches where the length is half the width (width /2).  The second type of arches are for eyebrow windows.  We will explain on how to measure for both.  Some non perfect arches will require a template.  If a template is required, it is an extra $35 that will be charged when the template arrives at our location.  We broke the arches into two categories.  First, non movable or stationary arches.  These are permanent and do not move in your window.  The second category is movable arches.  They actually operated to open and close.

Fabric- This is our most affordable line.  Perfect arches only (cannot do templates). Comes in pleated and cellular fabrics.

Movable Arches

sunset archMovable arches either tilt or open from the side.  We have two categories of movable arches.  First is the cellular shades in light filtering or blackouts.  All they do is fold to the side but are very affordable.  The second group is the movable slats.  They come in pre-made PVC (least expensive) and the shutter louver look.  These arches are made perfect only (height is exactly the width).  You cannot make a template with these options.

Fabric- our most affordable movable arch.  It simply rolls over to the side.  Comes in 3/4" light filtering or blackouts.  Perfect arches only.
