About Shades Shutters Blinds
Shades Shutters Blinds has been online since 2001.
We are located in beautiful Castle Rock, Colorado and are a proud member
of the
Denver/Boulder Better Business Bureau.
Lawren Gournay and Louis Lyons founded Shades Shutters Blinds with
one computer and call forwarding in their basements a little over 7
years ago. Both have been in the window covering industry for over
twelve years each. Since then, Shades Shutters Blinds has grown into one
of the largest internet retailers of custom blinds throughout the United
States. All of our manufacturers provide a limited lifetime warranty and
are reputable in our industry. Everyone that works at Shades Shutters
Blinds has ongoing training in the window covering industry, are
certified by major manufacturers, and have experience as installers.
The concept is simple: Easy Ordering of Affordable Blinds.
Some of the services we provide to make ordering of custom blinds
online as friendly as possible are:
- Live phone service during normal operating times (if you receive
voicemail during normal hours, all lines are full). We even forward
our phones to a certified installer on Sundays if you have questions
installing your blinds.
- Internet security. We do not even have access to your credit
card information.
- Quick email response- usually within 30 minutes or less during
normal hours.
- Large text to make it easier to scan and read.
- All pictures can be clicked on to get a larger view. No need to
guess.
- Each color and texture when clicked pulls up on a separate
webpage to get maximum visibility. No annoying small color pop-ups.

only the blinds you want. Options are easy to find and add. No
